MAX Application Halts and Closes or Grids not aligned

If after updating MAX you have grids that are not aligned or the system crashes or closes when in Customer Service inquiries or Order Navigator  etc.

It may be the that temporary files *.SS2, *,SS8 and *.TRK need to be reset. You can also correct this in many screens by selecting “Reset Grid” from the screen menu to reset the columns.
